I've been using L Max for 10 days now and I can't speak more highly of it. With products like this, it's sometimes hard to measure their impact and truly understand if they're doing what they claim to do. Luckily for me, I'm a triathlete and I track my respiratory rate religiously with Whoop. In the 10 days since I started using L Max, my RR has dipped meaningfully below its baseline from the weeks prior. I've been training just as hard and have found it easier to take deeper, fuller breathes in my max efforts. Anecdotally, I've noticed the nagging chest congestion feeling that flares up with allergies has subsided as well.
L Max is really easy to fit into my daily routine and I love how sleek the device and carrying case is. I actually look forward to using it every morning.

I take a number of supplements daily and would be pressed to quantify actual improvement. I’ve been using a rowing machine weekly since January 2026 and average 28-30 rows per minute the entire time. I am now 2 weeks into using the L Max. Middle of week 1 my average rows increased to 32-33 r/pm. Week 2 I am now averaging 35 r/pm. Real improvement I can actually see. Can’t wait to see what week 3 brings. I am loving the L Max!

I’ve used the L Max every day for about 1.5 weeks. I am certainly noticing a difference with my breathing. For me it’s the last 20-30% of the breath that used to feel hard for me to breath it in, and now it feels much easier. It feels like I can get a much deeper and full breath in each time with less work.
