How To Use

Remove the cap and open the door. Insert one L Max™ blister with the flat side facing the mouthpiece and the arrow on the tab pointing down. Press the blister straight down until it stops and the tab is flush with the top of the door. Hold the device upright and close the door firmly until fully closed.

You may not hear or feel the blister pierce—this is normal. Door fully closed = blister pierced. Do not reopen before inhaling.

Exhale deeply to clear your lungs. Never breathe or exhale into the device.

NOTE: Before you inhale, remove anything from your mouth (gum, mints). Take a few deep breaths to relax and slow your breathing.

Exhale fully and place the mouthpiece between your lips. Take a slow, deep inhale for at least 5 seconds. Hold your breath for about 5 seconds, then exhale slowly.

Most doses clear in one inhale. If you’re unsure, it’s perfectly fine to take another inhale. Open the door, remove the used blister, and discard.
